About

My name is Charlize Silvestrino, and I’m a dedicated media and film production professional.

Over the past several years, I’ve had the privilege of producing and assisting on a wide range of projects—from independent short films and animated series to broadcast TV shows and feature-length screenplays. I love the challenge of juggling creative vision with logistics, whether that means coordinating crew schedules, managing budgets, or troubleshooting on set.

Beyond production, I’m deeply passionate about screenwriting and crafting original stories that resonate. Writing is where I get to explore themes and characters that inspire me, and it fuels everything I do in film. That same desire to create stories from the ground up also fuels my love for animation, especially stop-motion—there’s something deeply satisfying about the most tedious, in-depth creative processes.

I combine my skills in production, logistics, and writing with a detail-oriented but experience-first approach—always aiming to bring projects to life with creativity, efficiency, and heart.

As much as film is my greatest love, I have a full life beyond it! I’m an Australian-born Italian who grew up in the Middle East and Asia, and I’ve been living and working in Boston since 2021, when I began my degree at Emerson College (go Lions!). My perspective is that the world is incredibly small—and the creative work we make can reach across borders and cultures.

Outside of film, I love music and graphic design, and I’m always making things with my hands. I’m a religious Formula 1 watcher, a DIY enthusiast, and you’ll often find me trying out new recipes whenever I get the chance.
