Producer & Assistant Director
- Led production as Executive Producer or Associate Producer on over a dozen TV and film projects, overseeing creative development, budgeting, and execution from pre-production to post-production, ranging from independent shorts, to broadcast TV shows, to BFA thesis productions.
- Operated in various production environments, including TV studios, control rooms, production floors, soundstages, and on-location shoots, for skeleton crews and large crews of both students and industry professionals.
- Developed and deepened understandings of production workflows from conception to delivery, hiring talent, and on various materials including marketing materials.
- Facilitated communication between departments to maintain seamless execution and adherence to production timelines.
- Managed on-set operations as Assistant Director for 6+ TV and film projects, ensuring efficient coordination of schedules, crew logistics, and production workflows.

- Commissioned as part of an international team to develop original scripted content for a new media project targeting young family audiences, overseeing narrative structure, character development, and tone across the project.

Student Help Desk Manager
- Supervises a student-based customer service team, efficiently resolving service tickets in person, via email, and over the phone while maintaining high satisfaction ratings in an agile office environment on hundreds of tickets.
- Provides problem-solving skills and support for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely, effective resolutions for difficult situations and working well under pressure, with the ability to prioritise and parse through customer needs.
- Leads and coordinates semesterly training for new staff, the first student to ever do so, teaching customer service best practices, communication skills, and a range of technological skills and software.
